Hello!
I'm not totally sure of the meaning of 'trough' in this context. Is it a urinal?


The xxxx releases more than twice the fragrance as competing urinal screens ... to keep the trough and restroom smelling fresh.

    It's the part of a multi-user urinal that catches urine. In a urinal for a single user the equivalent is the bowl.

    Yes. I haven't heard the word used for a urinal before but it's derived from this meaning.
    Trough (WR dictionary): a long, narrow, open, boxlike container, used chiefly to hold water or food for animals.
