Hello, everyone:

Swept Away By Michelle Dalton (Google Book)
"People go for those replicas and restorations." Lexi says. "Maybe the Keeper's Cafe can be turned back into what it looked like in the 1880s or something."

Is it correct to use "turn back" to mean "change back" here?
Is it correct to use "what it looked like" to mean "the way it looked before" here?

Thank you.

(Sorry to ask two questions, but I think they are close)
