Which sentence below is grammatically correct?

Doesn't everyone in the world turn other age once in their life?

Doesn't everyone in the world turn other ages once in their life?

Since I'm trying to talk about all the years in our lives, shouldn't "age" be plural?

I'm with London on this. The sentences make no sense to me. A person that is 60 years old would have 60 ages? That is not correct English.

We do have "old age" and "middle age" but there is no clearly defined point for the start and end of each.

Do you mean that each of us changes from one age to the next all during our lives?
Like the others, I am not certain I understand what you want to say.
