This is an article from a newspaper from some years ago.
This is a picture from our catalog from 3 years ago.

Is my sentence correct? Can I have two froms? If not, how can I rephrase it?

The best way to understand why this sentence is acceptable is to understand that is could easily be two separate sentences. Each 'from' serves a separate and acceptable function.

"This is a picture from our catalog from 3 years ago" could also be composed as, "This is a picture from our catalog. It is from 3 years ago".
