Ive just seen this word in greek but in latin caracters, does anyone know what it can mean??? ( its probably a diminutive)

    Skatoylitsa has already gave you the answer! I just want to add that Tzoytzoyko/a , tzoytzoykaki is a “wootsi-bootsy, honey –bunny”expression used mostly by youngest people, especially for calling their boy/girlfriend. Unless you mean «soytzoykaki» which is a kind of food…
