Hello all
The term is the following:

"una navegación de 10 horas con mar de través y rachas de viento..."

What would be the following in English? One for all you sailors out there;)

I imagine it means a 10 hour sail with gusty wind on the beam. Looking at this source I see navegar a través is either a beam reach or reaching (in other words you don't need to tack because the apparent wind is to the side of the boat).
