    Quand certaines personnes se droguent avec des drogues dures, elles ont souvent un "sourire halluciné".

    Comment dirait-on cela en anglais svp?

    Est-ce que "crazed" est aussi accepté dans le même sens chez les Britanniques?

    "Crazed" is OK but it seems like "tortured" or "wild". The hallucinations could also cause a gentle "dreamy" smile.

    en anglais, spécialement en Californie (on a beaucoup de drogues ici),
    on le dit "smiles from wonderland" ou "being high"
