Alguien me podría ayudar con la traducción de lo siguiente:

Contexto: Lista de productos a ser fabricados bajo licencia farmacéutica.

"UNDERTAKING:

We undertake not to manufacture, sell or distribute any drug even if it is included in the approved list of products..."

This is an odd use of "undertake," but maybe you could make this little change and still keep faithful to the intent:

    «Es nuestra política no fabricar, vender . . .

Thanks, Santiago, but can I use the word "POLÍTICAS" in the title as well?
I thought they were using the word "undertaking" as a commitment to do something...

Oh, I guess I spaced the title. . .. I suppose you could use «POLITICAS». "Undertaking" usually refers, in English, to a business venture or a business project. But the odd use of the term "undertake" in the sentence refers more to policy.

Maybe you could say it this way,

    «INTENCION

    Intentamos no fabricar, vender . . .».
