Unfortunately we do not have any villas for rent at this moment.

I have spoken to the owner of the apartment again and they offered to leave a second double bedroom for your parents. This means that you would rent, in case you decide to take the apartment, 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, which is used as ironing room. The rest stays the same. The price difference isn't too much, considering that there will be four instead of two.

The new price is 60 €/night/4person.

I did not tell you that the apartment has a big communal pool, although I am not sure if it will be open in October. I don't know at all about rental of villas with pool, but they might be about double of the price than apartments. The weather in October is nice here in Gandia and you will see people with half sleeve, although nobody would use a pool as the sun isn't strong enough at any time of the day.

    and in the US we say short-sleeved shirts, not half-sleeved, but I don´t know what they say in England.

    Also, I think English or American usage would be to write €60 or 60 euros, not 60 €.

    And Masood is right: this is sort of commercial work for the forum, pero entre amigos...

    Thank you Masood. The price per night was actually 60€ for 4 person not per person. So we could make a deal for you to take the difference, for the effort.

    Los dos son correctos, pero yo suelo poner el primero (yo diria prompt reply en lugar de quick reply).

    Hey Jade, 60 Euros/night for 4 people is excellent value for money! Is it low season over there now?
