Hi, would anyone tell me what is the difference between them in the sentence below?

Cunliffe had suffered a lot from bullying. He didn't like fighting. So he invented a place where people were never ____ to each other.
a. unkind b. angry c. disgusted
The answer is a but are all of them are grammatically correct?

Only A is grammatically correct. We don't say, "angry to" or "disgusted to" – we would normally use "with."
