until after the time

Hi guys,

I just saw this sentence in an article talking about firms wanting publicity for new products or stores:
'The media may not cover the introduction or opening until after the time it would aid the firm.'
I wonder what kind of clause that begins with 'the time' is.
I think it to be an relative/attributive one, but it also looks like an adverbial one of time like 'I'll call you the moment he arrives.'.
