Up leapt the tiger

Watching a movie I came across some quotation (I guess it is):
"off came the cage, up leapt the tiger"
Would someone know where it is from?
Thank you very much

Hello, pgcamargo, and welcome to the forum.

I assume that you're looking for a translation of this sentence into Spanish, since this is a Spanish-English dictionary site where we translate words and phrases. We don't allow research questions or general questions about language.

    Here's my attempt:
Arriba fue la jaula, arriba saltó el tigre.

There are other ways to express these same ideas. Hope this version helps.

    Saludos.
