uptake

Hi,

The following sense of the word 'uptake' is missing from the dictionary definitions:

"We are studying the uptake of social welfare benefits by older people".

Here, 'uptake' refers to the extent to which a social benefit is claimed by members of the public. This is a fairly common usage nowadays. How does one alert the editors of the dictionary to such omissions?

Best regards,
Int
