Urdu: جو کبھی کاگر گراکر برابر ہوا

Senior Member
Friends, from time to time I have great difficulty deciphering handwritten Urdu. Here is a text (from jarneli sadak by Raza Ali Abidi) wherein I am unable to decipher and understand some portion, which I have enclosed in dashes:

اینٹوں کی اس عمارت کے اندر کبھی چینی کے برتنوں جیسا روغنی پلاسٹر کیا گیا ہوگا جو کبھی ۔۔۔۔۔کاگرگراکر۔۔۔۔۔ برابر ہوا البتہ اس پلاسٹر کا ایک حصہ ایک جھروکے کی چھت میں بچا ہے۔
Will appreciate help.:)

The structure of the phrase is clear now.
gir-giraa kar means ‘fallen and taken off’?
Literally "having fallen and dropped off" but the construction is to be taken as a whole to imply "after suffering wear and tear" or something similar.
