Up to this point in the story they have no idea of what bejiisaar is. The hotel owner is asking one of the regulars if he knows bejiisaar, and gets a vague reply. And then,…

Can we say: from his manner it seemed he was acquainted with the mystery of the term ‘bejiisaar’? Will it be jumla-i-rumuuz-o-asraar?

From his manner it seemed as if he might be familiar with all the mysteries of "bejiisaar".

jumlah (all) - no izaafat.

I should add that when similar meaning words such as rumuuz-o-asraar are paired, one can translate them as "secrets and mysteries".
