Friends,

Of what verb would batlaauNgii be the future, and what does it mean?
It belongs to the following stanza, from the song "Jaane Kahan Mera Jigar Gayi Ji":

sachchii sachchii kah do dikhaao nahiiN chaal re
tuune to nahiiN haiN churaayaa meraa maal re
baateN haiN nazar kii nazar se samajh aauuNgii
pahle paDo paaiyaaN to phir
batlaauuNgii

The "samajh aauuNgii" is my assumption (see images below).
Is there a "baat laanaa" perhaps?

Thanks in advance for any help.

It is سمجھاؤں گی - samjhaa'uuN gii - will explain.

I don’t know who wrote the subtitles in the images but here’s a correction: it’s फिर not फ़िर

"tuune to nahiiN hai" - that is what Alfaaz jii must be correcting. "baateN haiN" is of course fine.
Oh, I am an idiot. Thanks @littlepond.

    Thanks, @desi4life
The entire movie is on Youtube. For some reason, there is a remarkable lack of online lyrics for this movie, so I have to rely on the captions.
