Urdu: kaamraan kii baarahdarii

The meaning of 'kaamraan' is given Platts and Feroz ul lughat as 'fortunate, blessed, ' etc. In the following sentence from shahaabnaamah, however, this word seems to refer to a specific location (in Lahore):
"Kaamraan kii baarahdarii meN ikaTThe baiTh kar ghanToN raavii kii lahreN ginne kaa mashGHalah bhii band ho gayaa"
Can someone familiar with Lahore throw light on this?

I'm afraid not, Alfaaz SaaHib, there's no kaamraan in the story of chandraavatii in which at this point the author is saying how his friend chandraavatii lost interest in all their habitual hang outs. Does this help?
