Urdu/Sanskrit: Bhartari Hari

At the begining of 'Allama Iqbal's "Baal-i-Jibriil", there is a couplet in Urdu which is Iqbal's translation from the original Sanskrit by the poet Bhartari Hari.

پھول کی پتی سے کٹ سکتا ہے ہیرے کا جگر
مرد ناداں پرکلام نرم و نازک بے اثر

phuul kii pattii se kaT saktaa hai hiire kaa jigar
mard-i-naadaaN par kalaam-i-narm-o-naazuk be-asar

I was wondering if our friends in this forum who have knowledge of Sanskrit language and literature could attempt to find the original Sanskrit lines. It would then be interesting to see if this is a literal translation or a "Fitzgeraldian" one.
