I need a translation for "urocoltura".
The context? I'd like to say:

"Il ceppo batterico utilizzato è stato Escherichia coli 1234 isolato da urocoltura"

My attempt:
"The bacterial strain used was the clinical Escherichia coli 1234 isolated from urine culture"

I'm not sure that "urine culture" is what I need.
