Hi
Suppose you buy an apartment today worth US 100,000 and 2 years later it is worth 130,000. This happens because of different improvements in the neighborhood, new facilities such as a university, a subway station, etc. I would like a verb to say something like, `My apartment valued US 30,000 in the past 2 years.`
Thank you
