Could someone please help me translate the following. This is a conversation between doctor and patient.

Do you have varicose veins? Yes I do in both legs, here on the back of my knees. I have noticed they have been more pronounced lately.
I have translated, but am stuck on the how to translate "pronounced"
¿Tiene venas varicosas? Sí , en las corvas de ambas piernas. He notado que ultimamente han estado mas hinchadas.
Thanks in advance for your help.
