The perception regarding future of the store brands over national brands is tested. It is found that there is no difference in perception varying with age.

Is the second sentence correct?

    Hi,
I would say "It has been found that there is no difference in perception WITH regard to age".
However the two sentences look to me as if they could be written as one
The perception of the future of the store brands over (against?) national brands has been tested and it has been found that there is no difference with regards to age.
