    Right. It is really "veinte y pico" - 20 something.
    How much did your Ipod cost you?
    Ciento y pico.
    A hundred something.
    A hundred and change.

    Note that 21 used to be spelled "veinte y uno". Now "veintiuno" is considered correct, which mirrors the pronunciaciation; so if the way you wrote your title is the way you saw it written, it was probably intended as humor (either that or it was ignorance).
    Now, speaking as a Moderator, in the future, always place the phrase to be translated inside the post itself, even if it is already in the title.
