V EST at the beginning seem separate (V for 5 perhaps?)
The last four letters could be FVIT as well.
I still can't decipher it, though.
What if those letters that really look like "B"s were actually "D"s? "Die dec(imo) nov(embris) fuit"? Just a guess. I have a feeling that that plaque does not date back to ancient Roman times, though.
