. is it correct ?
. could you make it sounds impressive for our customers

Also - you could either drop 'product':
'first to master new technologies in IBM Lotus Domino/Notes'
or, put 'the' before 'IBM':
'first to master new technologies in the IBM Lotus Domino/Notes product.'

You could also say:

"We vigorously pursue certification and strive to further our education so that we can be the first..."
