What is the most natural way to translate 'virilha assada' into English? It's someone saying they are ill with a 'virilha assada'. It literally translates as a 'roasted groin'. That doesn't sound very natural to me, but maybe that's the closest one can get?

assado/a in this context usually has to do with skin redness and irritation
couple of suggestions for you, @kee: raw skin in the groin area, groin skin irritation.

Thanks both. So it's definitely a groin, it's just the other word that's debatable? Could it be burning, or is that too strong? It was caused by bacteria.

It could be a rash then or jock itch, but the latter is caused by a fungus.

Think of a diaper rash, that's how a "assada" skin looks like.
