Hello,

I have just read about "the luckiest unlucky man" who has supposedly cheated death 7 times. Can I describe this story as a "unique" story?

Thank you.

It wouldn't be wrong to call this a unique story (because it is a story unlike any other, or unlike most others), but you might want to use a different word depending on the context.

    For example, people might say

Did you hear about "the luckiest unlucky man"? It's an amazing story!

It would sound a bit odd to replace "amazing" with "unique" in a sentence like this.
