wait for the bus VS wait the bus for getting on?

Which sentence is correct? If all of them are correct, do they mean the same thing?
1. I walk to a street corner and wait for the school bus.
2. I walk to a street corner and wait the school bus for getting on.
3. I walk to a street corner and wait the school bus for me to get on.
