sdgraham Senior Member Oregon, USA USA English Feb 10, 2017 #5 This is tough, given the reluctance of the OP to provide reasonable context, but my experience with car hire/rental suggests that it also could mean that a second driver is authorized to operate the vehicle at a fee of $10.00 a day.
