Walk tall vs. head high and chest out vs. chin up and chess out.

Because she served and was trained in the army before, now she always "walks tall" or "walks with head high and chest out" or "walks with chin up and chest out.

Are they all correct? Which one is best when I talk about walking posture?

I am not sure about "chin up", and "chest out" doesn't sound appropriate for a female soldier.

She stand "erect". She walks with an "erect posture". She does not slouch. She walks with a military posture.
