Does anybody knows what does it mean in this sentence:

'walking the talk' on your commitments,for example,taking pride in being recognised as an employer demonstrating responsability to its employees and the comunity.

I think the full expression is something like 'he talks the talk but does he walk the walk?', i.e. he pays lip-service to an ideal, but does he make the effort to put it into practice?

I've never heard of "walk the talk" - it's always been either the full expression as you give it, or one of the portions —> "He only talks the talk", implying he cannot or will not match his actions to his words.
