walking the talk

Hi folks,

Does anybody knows what does it mean in this sentence:

'walking the talk' on your commitments,for example,taking pride in being recognised as an employer demonstrating responsability to its employees and the comunity.

    Indeed Teddy.
    I've never heard of "walk the talk" - it's always been either the full expression as you give it, or one of the portions —> "He only talks the talk", implying he cannot or will not match his actions to his words.
