The sentence is " I just want to say to the ladies, wax or at the very least trim. "
What does it mean here, wax and trim?

The context of the sentence is following: Several HK singer-actresses were taken nude photos which were distributed in the internet and arouse disputes, and a netizen worte the comments about the sex photo scandal to these ladies who are at the centre of a media storm .

I rather suspect that it is referring to the pubic hair of these ladies. In other words, if they can't remove the hair totally by waxing, they should, at least, trim it up.

Hot wax on hair, let cool and set, pull off the lot (ouch!) = no more hair
Use scissors to cut hair (trim = to cut short)
