Hello,

I want to say that watching TV helps us forget our problems for a short period of time. I want to use at least to suggest this not permanent.

Which one is correct?

By reading books, we can escape our own problems at least for a little while.

And do I need comma somewhere?

Generally, is there a better way to express this idea?

Often used is the word escapism.

Reading books provides us with escapism, if only for a little while.
