Ciao! Please can you help me compose an email in Italian. What I want to say in English is as follows:

We have today transferred 170 euros to your bank account, the exchange was calculated on XE.com real time. We attach a copy of the transaction for your records.
Once again, thank you for choosing Villa Fedra for your holiday and we look forward to welcoming you, your friends and family again in the future.

I have made an attempt:

Oggi abbiamo trasferiti 170 euro al tuo conto in banca, il tasso di cambio è stato calcolato in tempo reale su XE.com. Noi attacciamo una copia della transazione per il sua [not sure what word to use for 'records'].

Nuovamente, grazie per aver scelto Villa Fedra per il vostra vancanza, [not sure about this] ...e la vostra famiglia e amici in futuro.

    In data odierna abbiamo provveduto a versare sul suo conto un bonifico di 170 euro, informandola che il cambio è stato calcolato in tempo reale su Xe.com.

    Le alleghiamo copia della transazione da rendiconto. Ringraziandola nuovamente per aver deciso di trascorrere le sue vacanze a Villa Fedra, ci auspichiamo di poterLa rivedere quanto prima assieme alla sua famiglia ed i vostri amici.
     
    Thank you for very much for your translations. The only thing is, I am not actually at the Villa so the last sentence shouldn't say that 'we look forward to seeing you again', which is why I put 'welcoming you'. How could I say this in Italian please?

    No va più che bene. Ma se vuoi essere formale allora ci sono altri modi per dire la stessa cosa..
    Avresti comunque potuto usare "oggi" ed essere formale ugualmente.. :)

    La gente non dovrebbe fare mai questo quando qualcosa è giusto! Mai Mai Mai!
    Questo mi dice che la parola 'oggi' è sbagliata, ma se non lo è, si dovrebbe usare le parentisi dopo la parola per suggerire qualcosa di migliore(like this).

    Spero che tutti possano capire il pericolo quando si tenti ad imprare un'altra lingua! :p
