Could anyone please tell me which is the correct way to say these sentences?:

We would be grateful if you CHECK the dates...
We would be grateful if you CHECKED the dates...

We would be glad if you ACCEPT our invitation..
We would be glad if you ACCEPTED our invitation...

Thank you!

Both are correct, but there are different meanings. The first one in each pair refers to a future event or action, while the second uses a subjunctive mood.
    Hi,
If in the first sentence"We would be grateful if you CHECK the dates", I use "will" to replace "would",then, what the difference between them?

    Thank you.
