Welcome gift vs Welcoming gift

So I'm trying to write up a short draft for a company and would it make more sense to go by:

Welcome gifts

or

Welcoming gifts?

"The number of welcome gifts is 200" sounds really iffy to me where as "The number of welcoming gifts is 200" sounds more fluent to me. Would there be other ways to describe the same meaning as 'Welcoming gift'? Such as a company souvenir or presents?

edit: The company is giving these gifts to new members/employees to welcome them into the company.

"Welcome gifts" doesn't necessarily sound bad, but I think I'd want to be clearer about the reason for these gifts and who's giving them.

Oh I see, yeah I just edited to be more specific and clear.

The company is giving these gifts to new members/employees to welcome them into the company.
