What is post-fact?
I got two from Free Dictionary (WRF has no entry for it):
Post´fact`
a. 1. Relating to a fact that occurs after another.
n. 1. A fact that occurs after another.
Both appear to be not so suitable here.
For example, Hillary won popular vote, which tortured Trump, so he lied that millions of voters illegally voted for Hillary to give her the victory. That is, here Trump created a "fact", a postfact after the fact that Hillary won.
In this case, "post-fact" seems to refer to a "fact" Trump creates to make himself "win."
Well, I am not so clear.
Thanks in advance

Welcome to Donald Trump's Post-Fact America
President-elect has shown that he can dictate the direction of news coverage with a single wacky tweet
This year, we entered a brave new world of bullshit. It goes beyond the fake news we've heard so much about lately – though that's a central component of our new post-truth environment. It has a conservative bias.
