Hi, WR! Sempre da The Wire: Carcetti sta illustrando il suo programma una volta che sarà eletto sindaco di Baltimora. Il dubbio più grosso è su Western Command, ma è tutta la frase che vorrei mi aiutaste a controllare Grazie!

mi sembrava fosse implicito, il to fix (forse sbaglio...)
