2.
Q: What are you doing yesterday?
A: I played football yesterday.

3.
Q: I don't know how to write the sentence.
A: I played football in the park yesterday.

    If you need the same tense in your question/answer 2:
    Q: What did you do yesterday?
    A: I played football.

    and if you need to make your sentence correspond to the answer "in the park" in question 3:
    Q: Where did you play football yesterday?
