I just need to take some time off work. I'm finding it all a bit too much at the moment.

Is there any difference in nuance between them?

Just to make sure, the division is this: "I'm finding [it all] (everything) [a bit too much] at the moment."

'I find it too much' means 'It is more than I can handle'; 'a bit too much' means 'a little more than I can handle'.
