    Well, it could be something like "produit sous (or sans) opérations", or "produit sujet à opérations"...
    Not that it means something brilliant, it is just to show you how impossible it is. :(

    Therefore, I suggest you to leave P.S.O. in your translation.

    PSO for (Programmable Synchronized Output)
    or I found this in French

    Largement utilisée pour l'usinage laser à hautes performances, la PSO permet de synchroniser avec précision et « à la volée » l'impulsion, le niveau de puissance et le gabarit de tir du laser avec la position exacte d'un système de positionnement à plusieurs axes, comme ceux couramment utilisés pour déplacer une pièce lors de sa découpe par laser.

    I'm still surprised with this semi-ouvrés : I use to say semi-fini; I have a doubt with that transcription, but unfortunately no better proposal
