Giving the whole إعراب would take time, and I’m not sure it’s allowed, so I’ll just try to break it down:
This sentence has several sentences nested in it. The main sentence is nominal جملة اسمية. The مبتدأ is رجل and the خبر is another nominal sentence: له مقولة. The latter is also مبتدأ وخبر, except that the خبر is brought forward before the مبتدأ because it’s شبه جملة. The مبتدأ is مقولة, while the خبر is له.
There are three verbal sentences nested in the above sentences:
The first is: أسس إمبراطورية. Obviously أسس is the verb, and الفاعل ضمير مستتر that refers to الرجل, the last word إمبراطورية ك is مفعول به. This sentence acts as صلة الاسم الموصول that comes right before it.
The second is: تضمّ حاليًّا أكثر من أربعمئة شركة, the verb is تضمّ and الفاعل ضمير مستتر that refers to إمبراطورية, while أكثر is مفعول به. This sentence is في محل نصب نعت لإمبراطورية.
The third is: تتردد كثيرا, the verb is also obvious, and الفاعل ضمير مستتر also, this time referring to مقولة شهيرة. This sentence acts as في محل نصب حال.
There are three حروف جرّ in the passage: من - اللام - في, there is one ظرف زمان which is حاليا and one نائب عن ظرف الزمان, which is هذه.
