What time does the sun rise tomorrow?

Hi everybody,

Is "What time does the sun rise tomorrow" correct?

Have I to use the present tense or "will"? So "What time will the sun rise?"

What is right?

Thank you in advance.

The present tense is common for exactly predictable natural events like sunrise, sunset, and tides. (High tide is at 3.30 tomorrow afternoon.)
