when a t-shirt sticks to someone's body

Hello,
What do you call the adjective when for example a t-shirt sticks to someone's body and you can easly see his/her mouscles.(a opposit would be maybe large)

I'd call it "close-fitting".

Yup, "close-fitting" is what I'd use.

If the T-shirt is really tight around the person's body (no loose gaps at all, pressing onto the body, eg. bicycle-riding shorts), I might use "clingy" but it's somewhat colloquial.

Or they just call it a "tight shirt." I've heard it used more for girls' shirts though.

"skin-tight", "clinging" or "form-fitted" are some options. The picture seems to me to more "form-fitted" than "skin-tight."

If it's extremely close-fitting, people might say it's "painted on."
