Where ---- you ---- now?

A) do / go
B) are / going

B is correct. Is A possible? To me the time reference makes it highly improbable.

    A) is only possible in specific, figurative language:
"You won four gold medals at the Olympics and made four million dollars. Where do you go now? There isn't much left to accomplish."

In more normal speech like "You are at my house, but leaving. Where are you going now?" A) most definitely is incorrect.
