Where to put "such as ..." - factors [here?] which greatly affect X [or here?]

I am wondering if the placement of the information in parenthesis is wrong.

The takeaway from this experiment is that the program ignores important factors which greatly affect the probability of employment (such as the relative number of job vacancies).

That inside the parenthesis is an example of the "factors" I am talking about. So technically, it should be placed next to "factors": ... important factors (such as ...) which greatly affects ...

However, I don't want to break that up in the middle. Is that objectionable?
