which enable vs that enable

I was writing a small paragraph about cellphones and then I realized that I couldn't tell the difference between when to use "which" and "use". Which one do you think it's the best option:

"Mobile phones are devices that enable the user to communicate..."
or is it
"Mobile phones are devices which enable the user to communicate..."

For some particular reason, i think that the first option is the correct one and that "which" goes better with allow rather than with "that", but that's up to you to tell me the difference.

Thanks.

A mí, dan igual. Puedes usar cualquiera en este ejemplo. "That" puede ser mejor gramaticalmente, pero los escucho como iguales.
