This is the question I want to ask:

1. Which parts of your body that come in contact with an insect scare you most?
2. Which parts of your body do you fear most when an insect get on them?
3. Which part of your body do you fear most when an insect gets on it?

I hope you get the idea of my question. Could you tell me which of these three questions reads best? And, is there a better way to ask the question?

Thanks!

None of these seems satisfactory, because they all suggest that you fear a part of your body! Perhaps it should be rephrased like this:
If an insect comes into contact with some part of your body, where do you fear it most?

Thanks for your help. But is there a more concise way to put it while suggesting it evoke fear, not just dislike?

Which parts of your body do you most fear an insect coming in(to) contact with?

    The statement equivalent is:

I most fear an insect coming in(to) contact with my ___.

In this way we see that you don't fear an insect, and you don't fear your ___, but your fear the whole situation [an insect coming into contact with my ___].
