Hello everybody

For example ,I signed up for a course in English language. It takes 3 months to finish the course. After 45 days we have to take a quiz.
The book we're studying is called Interchange and it consists of 12 units.
I asked the teacher:
Which units should we study for the quiz?
The teacher said:
Unit 1,2,3,4 and 5.

Please tell me your opinion about the highlighted part.

What's your concern about the question? Seems like a perfectly good way to ask the question.

Here are some alternatives if you want variety:
"Which units will be included in the quiz?" [actually, maybe "on" the quiz...]
    "What will the quiz cover?"
"Which topics will be included in the quiz?" [actually, maybe "on" the quiz...]

Here "which units" means "which units of the textbook Interchange". But it is obvious to the teacher what "units" you are asking about. So the bold phrase is correct, and it is the most common way a native speaker would ask this question.
