    It's very much based on American pop culture (television, movies, songs, celebrities, sayings), which is specific to a certain place. If you don't know that information, it's very difficult to understand.

    I saw this quote from Opra, this might be the reason of this one-liner.

    Charles Gibson of Good Morning America calls Zelda “the industry’s top dog!…a supermodel who has it all!” According to Oprah Winfrey “Zelda is the doggy diva who is queen of the catwalk.”

    But I'm still not 100% sure about the meaning of "Who let the diva out?".

    Other than the fact it's a joke....
